走私濒危物种及其制品，会直接刺激并导致对野生动植物的非法猎捕与采伐，对相关物种种群造成毁灭性打击，严重破坏生态平衡。打击濒危物种及其制品走私即是保护全球生物多样性，保护我们国家的生态环境安全，守护我们共同的绿水青山。
我国是《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》（CITES）的缔约国。依据《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》以及CITES公约等相关法律法规，列入附录Ⅰ的物种是禁止商业贸易的，只有附录Ⅱ和附录Ⅲ的物种才可以在取得相关许可证明的情况下进行贸易。
根据CITES公约及《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》等规定，除合法持有《允许进出口证明书》并按规定办理海关手续外，禁止贸易、携带、邮寄象牙等濒危物种及其制品进出境，情节严重构成犯罪的将依法追究刑事责任。
不收藏象牙雕刻、不购买珊瑚饰品、不轻信“野生药材”功效，拒绝购买任何濒危物种及其制品。
发现非法交易、可疑携带及走私情况，请及时向有关部门举报线索。
